Wondering if anyone has any experience combining two HUD programs in a single purchase: Neighborhoods Stabilization Program (NSP) and Good Neighbor Next Door? ?We have submitted a GNND contract on ?property that's also eligible for NSP2 funds, and was wondering if anyone's ever successfully combined the two programs?
