Responsible for achieving all sales objectives within your sales district ; ? ? ????????? Meeting growth goals within our distribution network by building relationships and executing strategic business plans as developed by sales management; ? ? ????????? Building distribution business plans for key accounts; ? ? ????????? Ability to cultivate new distribution opportunities in line with strategic business plan; ? ? ????????? Train, motivate, and develop a district sales force and assure compliance with CRM management tool and call reports; ? ? ????????? Negotiation of contracts, managing regional chain accounts and fostering a team environment. ? |
